NH Lakes Region Landscape Company
Green Monster Landscapes provides the New Hampshire seacoast and lakes region
areas with landscape design services, walkway and patio installations, and especially retaining walls. Green
Monster Landscapes are certified retaining wall installers with NCMA (National Concrete Masonry Association) for
the installation of concrete block retaining walls. It is crucial to understand the load pressures on a
retaining wall, and to build it with these in mind. There is nothing good about retaining wall that fails. The
customer has to call to tell the contractor who doesn't want to come back to clean it up and replace it. It's
important to build it right the first time!

"It seems like when we are landscaping on the seacoast or on the lake, we are faced
with a small work area, or a steep slope down to the water, or both. One of the great
challenges we enjoy is to use a property design to its full potential. Retaining walls
are an important part of our construction process."

They are also certified to install brick pavers into walkways and patios through
ICPI (the International Concrete Paver Institute) and also have certifications from recognized concrete paver
manufacturers like Techo-Bloc and Unilock. A well-constructed walkway should look beautiful for years. If the base
is not prepared in the right way, if corners have been cut on essential building materials, the walkway will
inevitably fall apart. Green Monster Landscapes provides an unbelievable FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY on
all of the brick paver walkways and patios they install, materials and labor included!
Green Monster Landscapes does more than just concrete work. You'll find, as a New
Hampshire Certified Landscape Professional (NHCLP), Mark Arsenault knows a wide variety of landscape trees and
shrubs, and also perennials that are hardy and popular in New Hampshire. Their landscape designs are often using
plants that are native to New Hampshire and New England. Especially on the seacoast, where many of the homes are
historical landmarks. The right plants and colors soften the landscape and give it balance. Mark hand-selects all
of the trees and shrubs that he uses on his clients' landscaping projects from local New Hampshire growers. You are
in good company with Green Monster Landscapes!
